He also tested positive for bipolar on the Mood Disorder Questionnaire. Please see excerpt below:  “When James was asked about his early childhood, he stated that he could not remember anything from before age seven. At age seven, James was molested by a non-relative male age 35. He stated that he called himself “the tickle man.” James added, “It hurt when he got rough.” James explained that after this experience he became “overly excited about sex.” James stated he propositioned strangers, and that he was “raped” during one encounter at age 10. James stated, “I was a ho,” and “I feel dirty.” He added, “I’m glad I got arrested because it stopped this.” According to his CAPFA, James also admitted to sexual involvement with his brother at age 11- 12.
