We encourage you to use this table to assist with the analysis of the video scenario. Think about how the behaviours of the healthcare professionals contribute to effective interprofessional communication and the provision of person-centred care and how these behaviours may contribute to patient outcomes. In this section, it is important that you make reference to the NMBA Registered Nurse Standards for Practice (2016) and the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (2019) as you reflect on the interprofessional communication and person-centred care impact on patient outcomes.
