Question Answered step-by-step Cannot figure out how to do final exam at American public… Cannot figure out how to do final exam at American public university in the American history class  they are having system maintenance and when I do it it gives me a zero and nobody will take five minutes to tell me do I need Microsoft Word to answer it or not .and when I did do it it gave me a failing grade and since I’m someone with a learning disability and on federal funding makes it all the more harder.
