These symptoms have been present for the last hour. History revealed that Yun has had previous transient ischaemic attacks (TIAs) x 2 in the past year. He has hypertension and is overweight with a poor diet (high in salt) and a lack of physical exercise.A CT scan has revealed a right-sided thrombotic cerebrovascular accident (CVA). Treatment is commenced with a tissue plasminogen activator (tPA).Yun lives at home with his wife who is in good health. He is left-handed. He has a supportive family. Question 1.
