Question You are asked to observe/assist with a minimum of 3 programs whileon placement.( I.e playing scrabble, basketball, art and craft). At the end of the placement, you will submit a portfolio explaining these programs. When describing the programs, you can use pictures from placement (ask for permission first and ensure the clients have signed a media release if you include them in photos) or take a picture of the activity with no clients there (i.e., if it is an art program- take a picture of someone’s artwork). Use the activity analysis form (see example below) to ensure you cover/explain all the necessary information for the program.
