Review the four ethical principles outlined by Upshur (2002) as found on pages 166 of your textbook (Stanhope et al., 2017) and in the Upshur (2002) article. Discuss how you can see the application of these principles in the COVID 19 public health actions. You may find it helpful to review the measures the Government of Canada and the Provincial/Territorial Government where you live imposed to reduce rate of infections in preparation for the discussion. Do you see any time when nurses may experience ethical dilemmas as they try to uphold other ethical principles described in Chapter 6 of Stanhope et al.
