In this organization I am a Contingency Operations and Special Events (COS) Technician III This Organization is important to me because I really enjoy working here, but there is a few things that would make it better.The problem that I will address in my paper is the lack of communication from the top of the org to the bottom.The problem I would like to research and resolve with this org is the problem with communication from the top to the bottom. It would benefit the org because it would increase morale and through the whole org as employees would better be able to complete the tasks given to them and they would have more detail of what they are to do.
