MRI was done on 03/29/22 which showed mass on thoracic vertebrae and abscess. _______________________________________________________________________________Primary Medical Diagnosis: Acute incomplete paraplegia ______________________________________________________________________________Pertinent Health History: Patient has a history of GERD, colon cancer (in 2005), dyslipidemia, prediabetes, chronic sinusitis, and a family history of malignant neoplasm of digestive organs.
