Self-Awareness Project: (Goal 2 and 3) For this project, students will complete several projects to help gain self-awareness. All aspects of this assignment are due prior to 8/10 at 11:59pm.1-Students will complete a genogram on their family. 2- Students will complete a gratitude log. For two weeks out of the semester, each day students will start the day by writing down 3 things they are grateful for. At the end of the two weeks, students will reflect on the experience in a 1-2-page paper. Discuss if this was a difficult experience or not, what was the impact on your life by doing this. Students will submit the log and paper.3- Students will become more aware of their self-care. Students will take the Stress and Burnout Questionnaire twice during the semester (beginning and after midterm). Use the information to become aware of your stress level and what you do for self-care. Monitor yourself throughout the semester on stress and self-care. Both the log and a 2-page essay at the end of the semester on what you noted about what stress triggers you had, what happened to make you aware you were stressed, and what did you do to deal with stress
