Question Answered step-by-step If an employee is not happy at their place of employment, performanceof that employee shows through the customer service offered to the customers. It drives down the overall morale of the workplace. To improve employee satisfaction, develop a committee to conduct research on what makes the job unbearable and ways to fix it. Allow employees to state their grievances without fear of reprimand. Have company outings where leadership gets to know employees on a one on one basis. Recognize employees for their accomplishments as well as time in service with the company. A simple thank you can go a long way so a piece of candy and a card could improve employee satisfaction.
