SDLC will apply to technical and non-technical systems” (Gillis, n.d). The SDLC methodology can be a bit of a pain at times “but each stage could be an independent aspect of the process; only after one step is done will another step begin. SDLC comes in various flavors, including rapid application development (RAD), joint application development (JAD), lean methodology, and agile methodology.Comparison of models of SDLC·       Rapid Application Development:        Rapid Application Development (RAD) may be a software development approach that “focuses on quickly building an operating model of the package, obtaining feedback from users, so victimization that feedback to update the operating model. When many development iterations, a final version is developed and implemented” (Bourgeois, 2014).·       Joint Application Development:         JAD is a technique for speeding up the search for new IT solutions. With the help of psychology and client involvement, JAD can effectively describe what customers want from the company and work with them to design a solution together (Rottmann, n.d).·       Lean methodology:This methodology is known as lean, “defined as something that the client would not value. In data work, waste will be something from context change, spare conferences, to the excessive labor process” (Lynn, n.d). “Relentlessly eliminate these sorts of waste, in a very short to incessantly improve the flow helpful to the customer” is one goal of the new Lean methodology (Lynn, n.d).·       Agile development methodologies:As a group, agile techniques are “a bunch of methodologies that utilize progressive changes paying attention to quality and spotlighting detail.
