Hence, resistance threatens the social relationships at the worksite, which are presented with the conceptual aspects in the study (Jiri Mares, 2018). Moreover, during the implementation of a project, leaders and other member of the project may encounter disagreement or conflict.Key stakeholders are:state of Minnesota, community representatives of Jordan, supporting agencies of the project, the federal office of Rural Health Policy, and the state’s healthcare department representatives. Community representatives are crucial in personal interaction with the residents (Morgan, 2021). For instance, they educate the residents on insurance coverage, government services, e.g., Medicaid programs. Therefore, the stakeholder can positively or negatively impact the strategy. In addition, stakeholders are the source of expertise in a project. For instance, the community representatives will analyze the strategy and determine whether it is viable depending on their knowledge about the community. If the strategy is effective, the stakeholders will implement it. The proposed strategies will enlighten the organization on the problems that Jordan residents problems regarding accessing health care. The solutions proposed will help evaluate the suitability of the data. I will provide data on the challenges that hinder accessible health care in rural areas. These barriers include distances, workforce shortages, health insurance coverage, and health illiteracy (Artiga, Orgera & Pham, 2020). Rural areas, e.g., Jordan in Minnesota, have good access to metropolitan areas; most of its population is composed of the elderly who have barriers in accessing towns. With a low population of approximately 5000, Jordan lacks a healthcare workforce forcing the residents to travel to the nearest metropolitan area. Other than the barriers, information on eliminating the barriers will provide.      Health Science Science Nursing MSN 6218 Share QuestionEmailCopy link Comments (0)
