You note confluent and nonconfluent maculopapular lesions on her neck, chest above the nipple line, and over the shoulders and upper back to about the level of the T5 vertebra. Many of the lesions appear as red, scaling plaques with depressed, pale centers. A few of the lesions on her forehead and cheeks appear blistered. Patchy alopecia is also present.
