Question Answered step-by-step Quality of work life in nursing discussionMost of the research view quality of work-life QWL in nursing as a subjective experience influenced by personal sentiments and perceptions and linked to the work environment of nurses. The finding of this article is that there are some changes that must be done within the workplace and across the health care system. The result indicates that the treatment of new nursing graduates, chances for continuing education, promotion of healthy collegial relationships, stress-reduction strategies, and higher financial compensation were all areas where nurses’ quality of work-life might be improved (Behdin Nowrouzi, 2016).I agree with the fact that recent graduate nurses experiencing low QWL because they have less job satisfaction as they are expected to learn quickly. Low QWL was predicted by their inexperience, lack of ongoing education, and bad connections with their team (Behdin Nowrouzi, 2016). Moreover, I also think they do not have enough resources to support them in the workplace as everyone is busy doing their things as there is a shortage of nurses which adds to their anxiety and consequently low QWL. Furthermore, Positive collegial relationships empower nurses, improving aspects related to work-life quality. Aggressive attitudes ought to be discouraged and any nurse displaying such attitudes receives help. Programs that focus on stress-relieving healthy habits would be a valuable aid in increasing nurses’ QWL. (Behdin Nowrouzi, 2016). Regarding this, I feel building positive relations with colleagues is the top factor in building positive QWL as nurses continuously need to interact with other nurses to achieve goals. Finally, QWL could be improved by providing financial compensation associated with nurses’ work experience, loan forgiveness programs after graduation from nursing school, and recognition of nurses’ value (other than salary) in the workplace (Behdin Nowrouzi, 2016). I completely agree with all the factors and strategies provided in this article to improve the quality of work-life in nursing, but I feel that the article is missing some important points which might impact the QWL such as type of hospital, permanent or temporary employment, and work experience also significantly affects the quality of work-life in nursing.                                                      ReferencesBehdin Nowrouzi, E.
