Asset and liabilities is recorded at 100% fair value on the date of acquisition based on the price paid by the parent for the controlling interest, even if the parent has acquired less than 100%. Fair value are not recalculated in future reporting date . Impairment if assets including goodwill has to be recorded. Financial liabilities and asset may be revaluated but its optional.
