Question Answered step-by-step My support system will consist of my family, especially the ones… My support system will consist of my family, especially the ones that are already working or retired education. I have had my colleagues support me through my entire career working in elementary school. Before becoming a para, I subbed at different schools and have met people who have supported me along the way. My plan is I will stay positive, focused, ask questions, and to make sure I get enough rest. I will continue learning by attending Professional Development and other workshops.
