He/she was admitted to the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) with a diagnosis of a myocardial infarction (MI) and coronary artery disease. Additional diagnoses for Mr./Ms. Sin include gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and tendonitis of the left elbow. Mr./Ms. Sin has not had a physical examination in years. Prior to Mr./Ms. Sin’s MI, he/she was independent with his/her activities of daily living and worked as the owner of the bakery, Devilish Delights. He/he has been married for 18 years and has 15-year-old twin girls, Peace and Hope. Mr./Ms. Sin and his/her family live in a large two (2) storey home with multiple levels of stairs.
