He was given Zofran 30 minutes ago. Today his vital signs show that he has a pulse of 114. The pulse feels weak but is regular. His heart is beating faster than normal but this could be due to the patient being dehydrated. His temperature was 98.6 °F (oral). The patient has diarrhea and explains having six or seven bowel movements. Has vomited two to three times for the past 3 days. There’s a gurgling sound in the abdomen and the patient has pain on the LL side of the abdomen and masses on the LLQ.
