Question Miriam is an 82-year-old woman who has been living in a nursing homefor the last three years. She experiences a lot of pain due to arthritis and is on medication for her blood pressure. Miriam enjoys participating in many of the activities available in the nursing home and is an active member of the Scrabble club and book club. The medical staff recently changed the dosage of Miriam’s medication without any discussion with her.
