Question Immunological stress (i.e., disease) reduces the appetite… Immunological stress (i.e., disease) reduces the appetite (anorexia) and growth in growing animals. As a nutritionist, what would be your recommendation for a farmer whose heard of growing pigs is dealing with chronic immunological stress? Will you recommend increasing the nutrient contents of the diets? Will you support no change in the nutrient contents of the diet? Or will you ask him/her to reduce the nutrient contents of the diet? Regardless of your recommendation, please defend it by providing at least 2-3 supporting reasons.  Biology Science Nutrition BIOL 1202 Share QuestionEmailCopy link Comments (0)
