Turned to a dark reddish/pink (-) for nitrateMannitol – light orange (-)Glucose – yellow tube (fermentation w/ acid)Maltose- reddish/ orange (-) For the unknown A; the chart is all we were given. If its greater than 50 its positive, if its less than 50 it is negative For the unknown B; your suppose to use the dichotomous key and other four pages. There are numbers on the pages to help with dichotomous key.Use the top of half of the chart (until malonate) to narrow down the organism, above 50 is positive.
