I have quinoa, lentils, Sodium Bisulfate, alcohol, acetone, ammonia, filter paper, HCl, Benedict’s reagent, and vinegar. It’s for organic chemistry II, so I think it’s about analyzing amino acids. But I am not sure which way is the best for extracting proteins from quinoa and lentils.
