Question Answered step-by-step I am a nursing student and need help with my care plan assignment.The medical diagnosis of my patient is Pyogenic liver abscess. I have come up with two nursing diagnosis; 1. Risk for renal injury related to rhabdomyolysis as evidenced by high levels of Creatine, 1.46. 2.Risk for infection related to an operating wounds and invasive procedures as evidenced by placement of liver drainage. I need help coming up with one short term and long term goal for both diagnosis (please include time such as for short term (after four hours) and long term (end the end of shift)). I also need to come up with evaluations of the short term and long term as if these goals were not meant (I am supposed to say what I would do if these goals were not met).These goals have to be patient specific such as “patient will state… in four hours or by the end of shift.” Thank you!!
