However, it also shows that I can be a transactional leader when necessary, with a score of 70 out of 80. I believe the results are accurate because I am the type of leader that will delegate when necessary. Still, I don’t mind working alongside my staff and co-workers whenever possible. I think it is important for staff to see the leader get their hands dirty sometimes. It boosts morale and lets them know that they have support.
