Question Answered step-by-step Hi,,,, Please could you discuss these two question with brief… Hi,,,,Please could you discuss these two question with brief answer:Q1:  It may seem like the advice everyone gives, but I’d tell my sister to make sure she relaxes. I know there wouldn’t be a lot of time to do so as she does everything, but any moment she gets. Find a TV show she likes, or a book, or whatever type of entertainment she likes and make sure she lets herself do that. I’d remind her that they didn’t have to be working all the time. That it isn’t a bad thing to give yourself some time, it isn’t selfish. I would remind them that of they’re better relaxed, they’ll have better work ethic in the long run. I would also let her know that there will be stressors in nearly every activity she does, but to not let that get to her head. I would tell her to mostly work on the emotion stress response. To let herself cry. Bottling up the emotions of stress will only lead to more stress. It’s okay to not feel okay. That whatever you do, do not resort to distresses that can result in self harm. To instead, let yourself feel. Cry, scream, punch a pillow. Let yourself feel, give yourself something to help you feel better (favorite snack, etc.), then pick yourself back up again. Q2: As a 17-year-old teenager starting college you should be prepared for all the stress that come with time. I suggest that staying on top of your assignments and turning them in on time is the best way to not overwhelm yourself, so you move at a certain pace. Also, working on new assignments every day is also a way to balance what work you’re given, and it gives you the opportunity to get certain assignments done before the due date. When you start to see a lot of work you back out and want to avoid getting it done and it makes you lazy. Throughout my college experience I’ve learned that the only right thing to do is to keep up with your work and never give up no matter how complicated it can get along the way. In order to relieve stress, take a day to yourself and get some sleep, go out with friends, hang out with your family, go shopping, go to the gym, just keep yourself occupied and not thinking about what you have going on because it can be very stress relieving to do so. This is only my first year and it has been stressful but worth it because hard work pays off. Thank you so much. Social Science Psychology EDUCATION 54321 Share QuestionEmailCopy link Comments (0)
