I am writing my letter of appeal but I wanted to get some feedback. Please HELP!My letter:Dear Office of Admissions,I am writing to appeal the decision to deny my admission as a transfer to Cal Poly Pomona.As stated in the email, I have been denied due to not completing the Golden Four-course requirement, A3: Critical Thinking, by the spring term prior to fall enrollment. When I applied to Cal Poly Pomona, I had misunderstood ENG-110 to satisfy this requirement. I realized my mistake on March 26, 2022. After learning this, I signed up for a short-term PHILOS-106 class that meets the A3: Critical Thinking requirement before the end of spring. The class im taking, PHILOS-106, started on April 11, 2022, and will end on June 2, 2022. Once I was sure I would be able to complete these requirement before the deadline, I reached out to the Office of Admissions. I called and emailed the Office of Admission due to my worries that my admission would be revoked. I explained my situation that when applying, I mistook a class for completing the A3 requirement and wanted to update my application. I was then reassured that my application would be re-evaluated after final transcript was sent and not to worry. Although I made this mistake, I have taken the needed actions to fulfill the requirement before the end of spring. I am confident I will receive a grade better than C. I have attached proof that I am in the process of completing PHILOS-106, the emails sent between the Office of Admissions and me, and, lastly, my transcript.In light of these facts, I request that you reconsider your decision to deny my admission.I greatly appreciate you taking the time to read this letter and the attached documents.
