Thank you tutor 🙂 Reflection:Before my perception in being a leader is that I have to prove something before I can be able to lead. And my personal perception of being a leader is about leading people in a good way. During the meeting last time I have so many things I realized. I learned that leadership is influence and is not something a leader-member relationship but rather as a leader we should influence them with our good character. Second, being a leader doesn’t require a title, we can be a leader without possessing a title, leading people closer is leadership and at the same time serving God, we can do things that leader can do without having a position nor a title. Lastly, I learned the 5 things that matter when leading up and these are Honor Matters (Despite of the fact the we can be a leaders we should still respect and honor the leaders who has title), Timing Matters (we must considerate the timing every time we speak whether in our members or co-leaders to avoid embarrassment), Motives Matters (we should access our statements and suggestion before we speak, if it’s motive is good or not), Initiative Matters (even we do not have a title we can still be leader by being initiative in that way we are reducing the stress of loads to our leaders), and Growth Mindset (This mindset is really important because as a leader we should always open for correction and critic from our member in that way we are learning and growing in our field.)
