Patient seen and examined by OB-GYNE and lab test order, IVF D5 LR 1 liter hooked as venoclysis to run for 8 hours @ 31 drops per minute. V/S taken with BP 92/62, RR 22, PR 102 temp 36.2. Oxygen saturation 90%. She looked pale with cold clammy skin, perspire a lot and complained groggy. Oxygen administered 3 liter/ minute as ordered by the OB-GYNE.
