Then type everything you eat and drink for each 24-hour period. Review the following examples and the FPAL Preparation Handout for details on how to record your foods and beverages. Do not record any supplements you take. Do not log into eshaTRAK based on memory and then write up your daily logs after the fact. Your original records should be complete enough that someone else could take your logs and enter them into eshaTRAK and get similar results. More about eshaTRAK The directions indicate that you are to exclude entering all supplements into the eshaTRAK for this assignment. You might want to generate the required reports and save a copy of them for use in FPAL Project: Part 2, due Week 9. Then you can go back and add your supplements if you want to compare for yourself. When you complete this record sheet, read “Using eshaTRAK for FPAL” in Unit 2 before you log into the eshaTRAK app. You need your MyPCC email address and the access code from the purchased program. Once you have completed the 3-day records below and entered the data into eshaTRAK, you will generate a Combination Report; save as a pdf onto your device. In Week 5 you will submit 2 files for FPAL Project: Part 1: this record sheet and the eshaTRAK Combination Report.
