The chest x-ray is rotated with fluid in the right fissure, diffuse streakiness on the left, and a normal cardiac silhouette. CBG (capillary blood gas) pH 7.31, pCO2 43, pO2 44, BE-4. CSF: 2430 RBCs, 20 WBCs, 1% PMN, 17% lymph, 82% monos, glucose 39, protein 133, gram stain shows no organisms.
