Upon implementing the project, there must be a significant change and improvement from the existing problem to conclude that the project is effective thus to be sustained. First, make sure that we work with the Barangay Officials and Sangguniang Kabataan to work on this project. The project must be open in ages 18-59 as this is an income generating project which at the same time ensures to address the existing problem in the locality in terms of waste management. Second, include the project in the program of the barangay. The sustainability of our project depends upon the support of the local officials. We can also tap NGO’s or Non-Governmental Organizations to carry out the project so not only the target barangay will benefit the project but also with other barangays as this will be adapted and implemented.Third, as an income generating project, the commitment of the people is also a must. Aside from the support of the local Barangay Officials, Sangguniang Kabataan and NGO’s, the locals must also have the heart and commitment for the project thus the project can be a source of additional income if not primarily.
