her first graduate rotation at the local metropolitan, tertiary hospital. She is currently working on an orthopaedic ward which cares for surgical and trauma patients. For the first four weeks Stacey worked alongside her nurse preceptor, predominately rostered on morning shifts. Stacey has just completed her first five (5) night shifts yesterday morning, and is back on an afternoon shift today (Monday).Stacey is still trying to manage her roster and other commitments.
