He has been placed in Emergency Care by the Department of Children, Youth Justice and Multicultural Affairs until a suitable Foster Placement is found because his mother has been arrested. Terry has been in the Child Protection system before when his mother was imprisoned on drug offences.Terry has Hemiplegia a disability which cause Terry to have muscle weakness on his left-hand side. He has poor fine motor skills, trouble walking and grabbing objects and poor balance. Please note this video contains some offensive language in it, similar to what you may be faced with whilst working in the industry.
