Question Answered step-by-step Case Study A 35 year old man recently lost his job and had a fight… Case StudyA 35 year old man recently lost his job and had a fight with his wife and got into his car and left. He was found 3 days later about 30 miles away and had no recollection of how he got there or who he was or other details about his personal life. He was found by police and taken to an emergency room where he was checked for injuries and substance use and neither were found. He seemed confused, but not particularly concerned about the lack of memory. After medical personnel found an ID card in his car, he was reunited with his wife and family and he slowly began remembering details about his life and who he was was and eventually his full memory returned. Rule out 2 of the diagnoses and why they don’t fit as well as the third (this can include things such as prevalence rates, age of onset, etc)4. Present the most likely diagnosis and why you think it is the most likely (compare symptoms, consider demographics and statistics about the disorder) and include one question (or more) that you would want to ask to solidify your diagnosis. 5.
