She has been having excessive thirst, frequent urination, and unbelievable hunger no matter how often she eats. Lately, she has been stopping at her favorite fast food restaurant at least once dailyShe eats three solid meals with snacks. She tells you, “I don’t eat very much at each meal but I eat out a lot. I not eat vegetables and fruit.” She thinks that fats enhance her enjoyment of foods and she especially likes friefoods. I do not know why I get so thirsty and sodas do not quench my thirst.She had a lab draw. Her results are Albumin 3.2, Hemoglobin 11.3, Calcium 9.1, creatinine 0.5, Potassium 3.9,and glucose 280, Cholesterol 259, HDL 20, LDL 140, Triglycerides 112, and HbA1c 9.7.She takes Lasix high blood pressure and Lipitor for cholesterol.
