Question Case Study:Mr. Wilkinson and Miss Barrington, an elderly couple, are both residents in a prominent residential aged care facility. They are both reasonably ambulant and for the most part in full charge of their faculties. They seem to have formed an attraction to one another and spend time in each other’s rooms. Some of the other residents have complained to you about it and want the behaviour stopped and if you do not do something about it they will complain officially to management. As part of your learning journey, you are to read the scenario above explain how you would respond and handle that situation.What actions would you take, and why?
