In particular, protein  intake is required.Macronutrients (Carbohydrates, Protein, and Lipids)  Carbohydrate intake was 61-74% total intake of Carbohydrate intake for 3days.- Total consumption of carbohydrates should be increased.- increase have more grains, vegetables, and fruits. Lipid intake was 64- 89% total intake of Lipid intake for 3days.- Increase red meats, poultry, fish, daily products.- Obtain essential fatty acid: omega-3 such as flaxseed, canola, soybean oil, walnuts,  tuna, and salmon. Omega-6 as vegetable oils. Protein intake was 45-65% total intake of protein for 3days. Lack of taking thedaily products, chicken, and soy etc.-Increase the portion of complete proteins such as milk, yogurt,cheese, meat, poultry, fish, eggs, soy protein, and tofu. For example, rice with beans,  pasta with vegetables and parmesan cheese. Micronutrients (Vitamin and Minerals)- Vitamin D, E, B1, B2, B3, B5, B12 K and minerals: calcium, copper, magnesium,  potassium, selenium, and zinc should be increased significantly In the vitamin and mineral part, the intake of vitamin D is noticeably lacking 28.2 IU met  only 4.6% of average 3 days daily requirement .- Recommended take women’s multi Vitamin.No exercise was noted in three days.- Recommend at least 20-40 minutes of walking daily.Average 5-6 cups of water per day.  – Recommend drinking at least 8 cups of water daily.Sodium was the highest micronutrient intake during the three days.
