For breakfast to have cereals with hot milk and warm milk for drink. Does not like tea or milo, No dietary plan completed yet. Needs full assistance with his meals.Behaviour: Do not sleep well at night and tends to call out for wife and son’s name. Wife is happy for GP to chart medication to manage behaviour.Mobility- Non- ambulant and has tendency to roll out of bed as per wife. He requires two staff assistance for his mobility and is on lifting hoist machine for transferring, make sure you use the bigger sling for him. 1.
