Question Answered step-by-step BASED ON THE INFORMATION BELOW, MAKE A FAMILY NURSING CARE PLAN…. BASED ON THE INFORMATION BELOW, MAKE A FAMILY NURSING CARE PLAN. USE THE FORMAT IN THE ATTACHED PHOTO 1.1 Potential for Enhanced Capability:- In every meal we cook, our family still includes vegetables in our diet because it is conveniently accessible in our backyard and often, we do not have the time to go to the store since these days, it’s dangerous to go outside. We eat fast foods but not always because it’s just a waste of money. Since both of my parents are hypertensive, they still take their preventive medications, but sometimes it’s hard for them to obey the advice of the Doctor and that’s not a good habit for them. My mother does teaching and when he arrived at our home, sometimes she does the job of washing our sheets, preparing our meals, and cleaning the house but mostly, it’s my job to do those house chores. While my father is driving a tricycle. When it comes to our attitude and actions, my parents are also stern. They do not accept the wrongdoings we commit and punish us in a manner that lets us know that what we did was wrong, like beating us in the ass with a leather belt. Both of us were breastfed when we were still babies and it is the doctor’s order that breastmilk is safe for babies and protects us free from diseases. They also did this because in this way, we can save money since we are not that rich. We go to church every Sunday with my family but since the pandemic began, we are not be able to go but we preach through bible app or mass at the tv.  2. Presence of Health Threats2.1 Presence of Risks Factor of Specific Diseases-  My father is the one doing most of the tasks in our house and it’s not good to his health because the Doctor’s advice is to limit her job and it is a big factor in her body’s fatigue and tiredness. Also, since he is diabetic, he should take care of his self for him to not get a wound. His hypertension also strikes due to the intense hotness he feels, particularly in hot weather. Since our community is not crowded, it helps in my father’s situation because silence makes him relaxed and also, he always plays music for him to calm his self.  2.2 Family Size Beyond What Family Resources Can Adequately Provide- Our family is made up of just 4 members who live in one home. My mother and father’s salary are often not enough because of our school fees and other household expenses since my brother is not yet employed. We eat 3 meals a day. Like other families, whenever one of us has a condition and needs to go to the hospital and order the requisite medications, we always have a problem with money.  2.3 Adequate Hazards- My family is vulnerable to fire hazards because sometimes we forgot to close the Gas tank which is dangerous. Also, we are vulnerable to flooding because our position is a low-lying place and our barangay is the lowest point in our region, which is why our community’s water is going down. Also, we are vulnerable in Dengue because there are so much trap waters at our backyard which can be a nest of the mosquitos. 2.4 Faulty/ Unhealthful Nutritional/ Eating Habits or Feeding Techniques/ Practices- Our family mainly has sufficient sources of nutrients available in our environment, such as vegetables and fruits. However, thanks to our enjoyment of veggies, we rarely consume beef. If there are festivals or occasions that can be celebrated, we just eat beef. We often miss food because of company and job tiredness. 2.5 Stress Provoking Factors- The stress-provoking aspect that comes to our family is when all household expenses are due at the same time. Also, my parents are stress on the things that my cousins will borrow then they will not return it immediately. And lastly, they are stress from the people who keep throw away their garbage on the incorrect proper disposal since my parents are engaged weekly in neighborhood cleaning in our barangay. 2.6 Poor Home/ Environmental Condition/ Sanitation- There’s an issue with our backyard because it has many trap waters their and it can be a nest of mosquitos that can lead to Dengue. Also, we have a problem at the neighborhood’ compost pit because sometimes its odor is too much which is not good to our health and we can adopt such diseases. 2.7 Unhealthy lifestyle and Personal Habits/ Practices- My parents are often overworking themselves to the extent that they no longer care about themselves and concentrate on what they’re doing. Also, even though they are still tired, they will take a bath straight without no proper rest and they say it’s not good because we can get some complications. As a family, we always sleep late at night because of the addiction to mobile phones. We also put too much salts on our food and it’s not healthy because we can get some diseases. We are also not trained to wash our hands daily and that’s wrong because not washing your hands regularly can be dangerous, since it can be a way of transferring germs or bacteria to the food we consume.  3. Presence of Health Deficits- My father is the one doing most of the tasks in our house and it’s not good to his health because the Doctor’s advice is to limit her job and it is a big factor in her body’s fatigue and tiredness. Also, since he is diabetic, he should take care of his self for him to not get a wound. His hypertension also strikes due to the intense hotness he feels, particularly in hot weather. It’s the same for my mom who wants to work hard, which goes against the doctor’s orders to take more time for himself and to regain more rest and sleep since my mom is a teacher and they are many tasks they need to submit on time. My parents vision increasingly gets distorted. Often, they don’t remember items at a distance that they would remember before. My dad is planning to have a checkup since the number one part of the body that is affected when you’re diabetic is the eyes. We also rarely do exercise, all we do is always work and work. 4. Presence of Stress Points/Foreseeable Crisis Situations- Since my mother is the one who got large salary, she is the one we will be approached when there are many expenses in the house. Also, we have difficulty in classifying our needs and wants, so when money is needed, nothing can be spent because it all buys at the wants stuff. Also, often we can’t make up my mother’s income for our expenses and, as a result, we ask money-lenders for support.Image transcription textHealth Problem Family Nursing Goals Objectives Intervention Method of Resources Evaluation ProblemMethods Nursing Family Required Contact ASTHMA AS… Show more  Health Science Science Nursing BIOL 102 Share QuestionEmailCopy link Comments (0)
