As a review, the ethical standards and obligations of every nurse

Question As a review, the ethical standards and obligations of every nurseare found in the following document developed by American Nurses Association. The Code of Ethics for Nurses is the lighthouse when stormy ethical winds blow and is a document that needs regular review as ethical dilemmas are almost a daily occurrence in the life of a nurse. The potential for poor patient outcomes and moral distress for the healthcare provider are countless if nursing practice is not supported by an ethical foundation.  Please review all nine provisions and the sub-sections in this document. While we know that all the provisions are important, consider which ones might be more potentially harmful if ignored.Prioritize all nine provisions in the Code of Ethics according to the potential harm to a patient if not upheld.Include the following in the discussion: -Present your list of prioritization of the nine provisions. Number 1 should be your highest priority, down to number nine, the least priority for potential harm to the patient. -Take your top three priorities and discuss your rationale for placing each of them in this position. Why do you think these are the top priorities for producing harm to the patient if they are not followed? -For each of these three, provide one example of a potential poor patient outcome if the principle is ignored. -For each of these three, provide one example of potential, applicable moral distress experienced by the healthcare provider if the principle is ignored. -As for many ethical decisions, there is no right or wrong answer. Provide clarity of thought and the application of course principles in discussing your rationale for the ranking. -You may add other optional reflections if you desire. -Cite at least one source (this can be the textbook or another resource).  -Respond to a minimum of two classmates. Your response should be a fully developed paragraph that draws on course concepts and furthers the discussion (in other words, your response is more than an agreement or disagreement.) -In your response, address any difference in the ranking of the provisions between you and your classmates; share any rationales that support the differences.
