Patient reported itchy eyes in the morning and father applied Invisalign eyedrops which helped alleviate symptoms before school. Eyes are positive for redness, itching and copious purulent discharge, negative for pain or photophobia. Denies trauma or foreign object and eyes. No coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath or chest pain. Negative for congestion, your pain, sore throat or sinus pressure. Negative for rash or skin lesions. Negative for fever, chills, activity change and appetite change. Denies any sick contacts. Denies using contact lenses.Father thinks patient may have seasonal allergies. Patient has never been evaluated for them. Takes albuteral for mild intermittent asthma.Eyes: Positive for redness and itching bilaterally.
