Your goal for minerals is to meet your DRIs. The minerals <75% of the DRIs are the ones most likely to be insufficient in your diet over time. Include these things in your answer to #4: a. Provide data to compare your DRI to your actual intake for each mineral that is less than 75% of the DRI.b. For each mineral under 75% of the DRI, name 3 foods you could add to your diet (and actually eat!) to increase your intake of that mineral. If you met your DRIs for all minerals, explain what foods helped you to achieve this.c. Even if targets are met, you must explain your results (data) for calcium, potassium and sodium. How does your intake for each of these relate to health (explain health benefits or health consequences)? d. Provide data to compare your DRI to your actual intake for any mineral that exceeds the UL (if none, comment that there are none). The DRI goal is not the UL. If you exceeded a UL, there will be a note in the Notes column to tell you this. No notes for minerals means your mineral amounts are under the ULs. Also explain what foods do you think are responsible for your high amounts of each mineral that exceeds the UL (if you didn't exceed a mineral UL, you can skip this part of the question).Image transcription textReport Data below DRI over DRI Nutrient DRI Intake % of DRI Notes at DRI(if range) Reported Intake Energy 2444.0 kcal Kilocalories 2444.0 kcal1,725.665 kcal 70.608% 59.87 g Protein 59.87 g 96.876 g 161.8...
