( the infant was crying while I was entering in the room, I was able to calm Christian , and auscultates her lungs sound. coarse bilateral wheezes are detected but she does not seem in a acute distress at this time.(This is all subjective)the mother state that the infant is taking infant Tylenol ( how much how often? ) for the fever which seem to be working so far. ????? seems to be???
