Since then, this company has shown a tremendous growth in the business. It started with 10 trucks and now has 500 trucks of its own and now has different yards at various locations like Vancouver, Surrey, Richmond, Calgary. It started with manual filing system and gradually upgraded to computer-based software system at all the locations with 50 systems in total, that would help them to manage the business and accounting system in efficient manner. But as the advancement in the technology and the GPS systems attached to the trucks it has become difficult for the company to hold the data base for 500 trucks in the older version of software. The company has decided to procure the new advanced version of the trucking software for its smooth operation of its business. So, this project is defined to equip the computers of the company with the new integrated real time software that match its needs. My question is that what 3 positive and 3 negative risks can occur while installing the software into the computers.
