Analyse how the leadership approach may have been influenced by varied business contexts. Credible academic literature to support the analysis of the chosen leader. In answering the two main questions above, please ensure the following questions are covered. 1. Describe the leader’s traits and behaviours and approaches to leadership. 2. What is it about a particular leadership model or author’s point of view that is coming through in practice with your leader? Provide examples. Are there any areas that are not coming through, or they can improve on? 3. What is the impact of the leadership style/approach on the employee, and overall organisation?
