I’m back to working on a comparative analysis paper and am just not… I’m back to working on a comparative analysis paper and am just not sure how to organize it or where to really begin.  The comparative analysis essay is expected to compare/contrast Army Force Management post-Vietnam until present.  The intent is to specifically address the FM process just after Vietnam and how this evolved through the Big 5 and the current process.  It must address the following:Clearly explain the military problem/capability gap with examplesComparative analysis is to be done on the processes how things were done during the post-Vietnam timeframe vs todayHow the acquisition process has changedHow organizational and doctrinal changes were madeI understand how post-Vietnam the process was a mess with the individual services all working towards their own objectives but I’m not clear on the specifics of what changed.
