Question Answered step-by-step This question is about Army Force Management and organizational… This question is about Army Force Management and organizational changes.  After the gap/capabilities process is reviewed and approved through the JCIDS/ACIDS – FDU process, how does the Army actually implement changes with the organization to field a new system?  I’m working on an essay that explains the process from Vietnam, through the Big Five and today.  However, there are so many different steps and processes that I am really confused.  Can you please explain this process and the steps taken?
