Key Challenges • WonderDrugs currently utilizes a manual, paper-based process for managing their quality documents − Documents are reviewed and signed on paper, and the document managers maintain the master copy of all approved and effective controlled documents − With office locations in a few different cities and the expectation for more to come, providing paper documents to remote people is costly and slowing the team down • Their manual processes have resulted in numerous errors and mistakes. Given the client’s rapid growth, they are struggling to keep up with the flurry of activity − During the workshop you should introduce the team to the application and demonstrate your solution to their custom needs − Prepare to demonstrate the system and present as though you are presenting to your client This assignment is designed to see how you work, think, and manage the typical situations our teams face.
