The patient’s physical assessment only shows: thinning hair that does not break with palpation, central scalp hair loss, epidermal flaking on right and left arms, scalp skin intact, and right and left eye exophthalmos.  Labs all normal except TSH of 7.1.  Patient c/o feeling tired, thinning hair that has been falling out ,and dry skin on her arms.  Symptoms have been present for the last month.  PMH of Hypothyroid, osteopenia.
