Also, I’m confused about describing the research strategy and results. I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to discuss the research strategy and results on how I found advantages and disadvantages.  Please see below for what I have so far. 🙂 “The nursing leadership style I would consider is “Servant Leadership.” A servant leader would be viewed as a servant first.
